EMBARRASSING TTM. Walked back . Shriya's aunt picked us. Then went to Shriya's house. Talked, camwhored on her MacBook Pro. Lucky ain't she ? Then they drove me back. AWESOME DAY. and now i muct study. Ciao.

After boarding the bus, I realized I didnt have ANY COINS. Neither did Zakiyah. Shit. What to do ? So Zakiyah asked some people for coins. They were so unfriendly and didnt give us. Finally, this elderly Malay man told me to come to him, i went and he was holding some coins for me. I exchanged my two dollar note for his coins, thanked him, paid the driver. And when I sat back down, I thanked the man again. Seriously, people are very nice . Well, some are :) Zakiyah taught me a lot about taking buses today. YAYYY.

Wednesday. Literature performance was pretty lame , to be honest. Benjamin was the height of gayness. Kai Sheng was very gangsterly ( like how Hemma calls it) Oooh and know what ? Mrs Leong says I must sit with Jiahui during her lessons. Yippeee ! :D Chinese, played tic tac toe and hangman with gill. We really need a life. And now we have our handshake. and Gill punched my hand damn hard. I cried. Boohoo :(

Ain't she cool?

Been studying loads lately. Of course I would. EXAMS. Literature rehearsal was a complete waste of my time. We didnt even get anything done. I left early. Later they went to the hall the rehearse and I have no idea why i was tagged in the video they took over there. HELLO, I WASNT EVEN THERE! Ohmygod, Mrs Wong had permenantly changed my seat next to Harveen. Wth! I really really liked my seat next to Jiahui. She seriously motivated me to study la. WTF. I tried so hard to convince Mrs Wong. So did jiahui and the others. But she just wont listen. Boohoo :( PE. the soccer game was fun. I was Kaka. Zakiyah was jeffrey . Jeffrey sucks man. HAHAHA. IT was pretty fun. i was stalking people will Harveen, asked him to show me some hot punjabi guys but he didnt show me any nice ones. Krazzyraj is a loser :P We have officially learnt how to do the act-cool-punjabi -guy face. Its damn cool , i mean lame.

Monday.

Music. We finished off The Sound of Music . Made an absolutely disgusting curry during home econs. Ms Rose, is scary . I was cutting some tape. Then she came and pressed her entire body on me . Omg, I started panicking. Then she pinched my thigh. Ewww. Sickening woman. Zakiyah pissed me off MAJORLY today. Haizz, anyway, nuns scare me.


SUNDAY.

I went to Zara , once again. And lol, I was wearing Zara shirt, tank top , and shoes. LOL. and mom was like ' Manal, they better not think you're stealing their stuff or anything :P' and I was like ' No mom, they'd think I'm their model '. LOL. I'm a loser. Went to test their perfumes. Really liked this one called Rose. Bugged my sister to buy it. it was only $18, COME ON. In the end , Mom surprised me by buying it. when the saleswoman put it on the counter I was so surprised I said YAYYYYYY. And the lady looked up. and gave that half smile. And I burst out laughing . Embarrassed mommy. Starbucks after that. Sara's getting my that personalized tumbler. For my birthday. And my sister is getting me a 17 buck starbuck cup which is a replica of their plastic cups ;P

Mao. 2nd day of Eid. Yes, thankfully, LOTS MORE MONEY. I've got like over a hundred already. Mummy and Daddy still haven't given us money yet. We hope to receive at least fifty bucks from there :P LAWLL. maowy. Beenish baji gave us like 20 bucks each. WOAHHH. And Saani is sooo cute. I came to greet him. And he was giving me that serious face which is REALLLY unusual cuz he's smiling 24/7, then I said to him ' Heyy, why aren't you smilinggg ?? ' and then he gave me a HUGGEEEE SMILE. cutie pieee ;) Ily <3 Had to help out in the kitchen lots . Damnnn tired now. But we have yet to attend to many more guests.  Meowwwwwwww ..

HAPPY HARI RAYA / EID MUBARAK ! <3 Many many happy returns of the day, everybody :) 


OKAY, woke up at like SIX AM. My god! And then, had to iron my clothes, get ready and all. Then had to rush to the mosque. But we realized that we were too late and had to wait for the 9.30 prayers. And it was so hot and stuffy in the mosque. Quite smelly too :P heehee. sorry. Oh yeah, saw Adeena at the mosque. And her mom came and met us all. Her mom's really nice :) LOL. Then right after prayers, went straight back home .... my sister burnt her clothes with the iron accidentally. Parents were SO ANGRY. After that went to Talat aunty's house.

I've made a discovery. If you spell Talat backwards, its still TALAT. gahahahhaha! lawl. Cool, eh ? Yeah, and lots of people came to her house for brunch. Food was good. Took pictures with Anna and Maha. Then, went back home, put on the OFFICIAL eid clothes. Which are like real nice. Turquoise, silver embroidery and pearls and all :D I wore at Kami Mamoo's Valima last . Superrr nice . so yeah . Then went to like this HUGEEEE LUNCH at Tanglin Mall. At Yantra. Gosh, expensiveeee restaurant. Some top chef from London once did a show there and it came on the Asian Food Channel. Anyway, people who had invited us had booked the entire restaurant for the duration of the party cuz there were sooo many people there. like a hundred? Must've cost a bomb but the group of people who hosted the party are all quite wealthy so should not be a problem :) hehe. Food was awesome ;) But it was really noisy in there. With music and people. And all the people wore REAL nice clothes. Suchhh a hi-fi party. Met Abrar Uncle, Insi Khala, Imran, Ali, Maria, Rubab aunty, asad, mohsin, Maha aunty, Imran uncle, etc etc etc. I knew quite some people there. Maha aunty and her husband, imran , were one of the couples who hosted the party. And trust me, they're real rich. I've been to their house, SMASHING APARTMENT. Hahaha! And Insi Khala and Abrar uncle are Sara's aunt and uncle. they're practically like family to me. And Rubab aunty, I've known her since like... FOREVER? Hahaha! So yeah, party was AWESOMMMEEEEEE :) And AT LEAST, I GOT THIRTY BUCKS OUT OF THAT PARTY. Unlike the next party I went to . UGHHHH.

After that, went to visit Beenish baji and Asim bhai. They're like my second cousins. and they've got this really cute baby born on 9 August which is Singapore's birthday. Yeahhh. His name's Saani but they all call him Sonny. GAHAHAH. Cutie pie. And errr, THEY DIDNT GIVE US MONEY TOO, THOUGH WE GAVE THEM MONEY. Gosh, people nowadays :P And they had a few of their friends over too. And her woman friend has this really pretty daughter. she looks like an English doll. Her names Aliah. I don't know how to spell it but yeahhh. Oooh and Beenish baji baked brownies and tarts. So yummmmyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy <3<3

then came the night party. Only good thing : I MET NEHA. She left for Dubai like 3 years back.  And she's been back in Singapore for like 2 months and now I finally met her! HAHAH. Yay. Spent the whole time talking to her so it was quite okay. And I talked to Anum on the phone too. after like 2 years. She left for Miami. Sad Sad. But omg, what i'm really pissed about it, WE COULD ZILCHHHH CASH. I mean seriously, so many of mom and dad's friends were there but no one gave us anything, ughhh. But I have a theory about that. I think its cuz it would've been wierd to just give us cash then all the other kids would ask for it too so yeahh. I hope you get what I mean. Anyway, still, I'm pissed. I wasted so much time , and didnt get paid for it. Oh god, I sound like some prostit... never mind, won't write it. HAHAHA. Joking.

Back home now. oh yes, talked to beelu bhai and atu bhai on skype yesterday. Awesome muchhh.

Mao. Went shopping at Zara. Just got a white tank top, and shoes. Real nice shoes, they're like red and really simple. And I like them. My brother bought like some eighty dollar shirt. Haizzz. But I decided not to spend much today since I've done lots of shopping recently. My tank top was just like $9.90. Zara Basic <3 And my shoes were like $40, which is pretty reasonable. I guess. I liked this scarf too. Like 20 bucks but mum didn't think I needed a scarf, so yeah.

You know something I find really irritating.... IS THE LIMITED VARIETY OF FONT THAT BLOGGER OFFERS. I mean, please, people blog on a daily basis, GIVE THEM SOME VARIETY.

Yesterday, went over to Sara's at 5. Showed her my cool new hairstyle. She said it was lame. Gee, thanks Sara. She showed me the materials she got to make my card. DAMN, ITS GONNA BE GINORMOUS. Meow. then she made me another bracelet. Looked tribal but whatever, anyway, it slid off my wrist. I'm so sadddd ;( Then, i got my own window to doodle on . Well, being best friend does have its privileges :) Then, we decided to play dress up. Hahah! I know you're thinking how freaking childish we are. But honestly, I think its healthy to relive your childhood from time to time. Evokes the kiddy spirit in you.
So yeah, got the dress up box, messed up her closet. And PLAYED DRESS UP. Fun to the extreeemeee. LOL. Took pictures , yeah :) After that, broke fast . Yum yum, the food was good. Chicken rice is the love.

After that, talked with her family. Naazli and Mimi aunty came too. LoL. After that, kept on flitting between Oprah show and Camp rock 2. LOL! The Eclipse cast was on Oprah. I seriously don't understand whats so outstanding about Kristen Stewart. She can't handle a decent conversation with anyone, and she's really dull. Taylor Lautner was the shizzle. And seems like Rob Pattinson is a nice guy :) Had lava cakes, so filling . couldn't finish it. After that, went home with Naazli and Mimi aunty :) LOL, first time I ever saw Naaz angry today. But she still kept her cool. I salute to such people :)

I'm walking on sunshine, yehhh ;)

I just woke up.  Well, yesterday, went to Aunty Rubab's house, for dinner. The food was deliciaso. And went in the room, saw Selena's mom, UH-OH. Backed out of room. Awkwardddd. Hahaha!My sister and I were having the stupidest conversations. About our babie's names, about who's good looking in our family. Damn stupid. My kids will be Insiya, Hanna, Rania, Nyle and Zain :) HAHA. And my sister only decided the daughters , Liyaah and Zara. Hahaha! Aren't my kids names nice? So I'll tell you how come I like all these names .

Insiya - So, few years back in Pakistan I met this woman called Incyah , she was so pretty. Then Sara's aunt is called Insiya, and she is one of the coolest aunts I've ever met. So cheerful and happy and fun , and the name is really nice. So yeah, INSIYA IT IS ;)

Hanna - Well, I know this little girl called Hanna, she's really cute. But its not cuz of that girl. I just like the name. Its like, a muslim version of the name Hannah ;)

Rania - Many years back on Oprah, came Queen Rania of Jordan. She was so pretty. Instant love of the name ;)

Nyle - Tanya apa's son is Nyle. And I know another nyle who's SOOO CUTE ;) Plus, nyle's a cool name! :D

 so after the dinner, my brother's slept over at aunty rubab's . And my sister and I were like STEP UP 3 STEP UP 3 STEP UP 3 STEP UP 3!

So went back home, got changed, booked tickets at Lido. And bammm, went off to Lido, ran to the ticketing counter. The woman was like Which movie ? And mom was like ' Step up 3' and I was like D! Geddit ? Step up 3-D! HAHAHHA. My sister just rolled her eyes. Then got the 3D glasses. Sat down and I was like WE HAVE TO BE DAMN HYPER THROUGHOUT THE MOVIE. AND WE MUST LAUGH AT EVERY STUPID THING. Right then, an iPhone ad was on, and I guffawed like crazy, IT WASNT EVEN FUNNY. And my sister laughed so much because of me. I bring so much laughter to people's lives.

Then came this scene, when the actor was talking about his parent's death and the whole cinema hall was quiet , then i was like AWWWWWW :( And the entire hall started laughing, so cool ;) Pretty epiccc, eh ? Hehe! And my mom was like manal, what's with your sound effects ;P HAHAH.

Step Up 3 was awesome. Dance steps were off the hook. Greatttt movie ;)

Saturdayyyy :)

Mum didn't wake me up to eat , she overslept. but i'm still fasting. Went to Urdu School . Met Sara after soooo many weeks. Gosh! Rika and sara claim they're becoming like me , of course my influence is just undeniable ;) Sara says YOU KNOW WHAT now and she laughs like me now. And Rika has started saying YEAH like I do. So everyone's getting Manalish characteristics ;P Omg and sara made me my bracelet. I love it sooo much, its really really nice. I'm gonna take so much care of it <3 Hahaha.  Te amo sarita.

Last day, before the holidays begin. I'm kinda glad holidays start :) School's been a rat race. Oh wellllll .... oh know what ? My new line is WHY SO SERIOUS ? From Batman <3 Hahaha!
I'm saying it to all the teachers at school. Today's highlight is my story of THE BAND AND THE WONG.

But before all that, I must announce some very big news, very happy news. And today, is the day, we've been waiting for all term. Yes, dear readers. This is it. MR LO'S FINAL LESSON. NO MORE LO . YAYYYY. finally, 202 shall learn some maths during math lessons. I'm very proud of 202, it is TRULY a survivor class. Personally, I think our class should be mentioned in the straits times.  such an ability to survive, is very commendable. during lesson....

Mr Lo : Maybe next year i'll be your form or co-form teacher ?
Me : No , I dont think you will.
Mr Lo : Why can't I ?
Me : Judging from your capability , I don't think you can :)

HAHAHAHAH. And another convo went like this...

Mr Lo : Manal, are you an only child ?
Me : No.
Mr Lo : So how many siblings do you have ? sisters or brothers?
Me : I DON'T WANNA TELL YOU. YOU'LL STALK THEM AS WELL!

HAHAHAHHAHA.

And whenever he tried to embarrass me by talking to others about me, i would be like EVERYBODY LISTEN TO ME. HI! and then they'd start talking to me . And as Mr Lo didnt wanna lose face, he'd carry on talking as if someone was giving him his undivided attention. Loser. After that, he started looking so pathetic. I said in an exasperated voice ' Mr Lo. who ARE YOU talking to ?! The AIR ?!' and even he started laughing at himself. pathetic man.

                                The Band and the Wong.
Helloooo. Yeah so in the morning , I wore a pink rubber band in my hair. And then Mrs wong told me to change . But I only had yellow and orange bands. So I was like ' Which colour do I change it too ? ' then she got really angry and she's like YOU DARE ASK ME WHICH COLOUR !? And I'm like BUT NEITHER COLOURS ARE ALLOWED SO IT DOSENT MAKE A DIFFERENCE WHAT I CHANGE IT TO! then she told me to go get black ones during recess. FINE WITH ME.

Bur right after morning assembly, she dragged me to the staff room, then to the bookshop saw it was closed, told me to wait infront of it for like 10 minutes, then took me to the general office asking whether anyone had a black band. She wanted it changed there and then. After that, she took me to the HOD office. Where I had to see Mr Ho. And he talked pretty reasonably with me. He told me i had to show my black band to Mrs Wong by recess. And if I didnt , then Mrs wong would text him and he would find me. So I went to the bookshop, got my black band , but David wouldn't let me go up. Then, spent time explaining the situation to him, and he was like ' Each year, your teachers are EFFED UP.' Hahaha! I know david! yeah, so tried calling Wong. But she didnt pick up. so I went up, saw Mr Ho, showed it to him , and he said I didnt need to see Mrs Wong anymore cuz I showed him already and he would inform wong.

So I thought everything was settled. Happily walked into the hall for assembly later. Then Mrs Wong came, and started screaming at me. and the entire school was looking at me.

Wong : GIVE ME YOUR PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Me : Why ? :S
Wong : GIVE ME YOUR PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Me : Whyyyy ?? :S :S
Wong : YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO SEE ME! YOU DIDNT!
Me : Yeah, but I already met Mr Ho, and he said there was no need for me to see you!
Wong : YOU SEE ME AFTER SCHOOL!

So yeah, she took my phone. Then that oldie Ms Lee was like ' I suggest you change school' then I was like LETS GO. But I think she saw me mouth it, doubt she heard it. then she was like ' Don't answer back. wtf right !? the whole school is filled with mental patients.

LOL, And omg I love Haziqah. Hahah! She wrote on my wall ' MANAL. I love how you're not afraid of isabel wong. And how you talk back to her all the time. HAHAHHAA' :)

OOH, and at night, I went to the 9th Thai festivallll <3 With mom and brothers. Saw the coolest shows ever. I bought them. There were three colours - PINK PURPLE ORANGE. Yeappp ;) I really liked purple, but bought pink in the end. And bought orange for sister. They're so comfy :D
And since I've always wanted a wooden comb , I got one ;) YAYYY.

210th post, dear readers :) Meow! The thing I love most about Thursdays , is NO SCIENCE. Chemistry OR Physics ! And on all the other days we have it. Anyway, couple of days back I decided to stop liking gaga. I'll wrote about that some other time. Anyway, MR LO WALKED OUT OF CLASS TODAY. Hahahah! Firstly, Geog teacher extended lesson, so Art lesson was extended ( OMG ART WAS SO FREAKING AWESOME TODAY. AND YAYYY HOTMAIL IS WORKING AGAIN SO I CAN SEND MYSELF MY AWESOME PICTURES. HAHAHHA. I SOUND SO FULL OF MYSELF) I'm really hyper nowwww. So yeahh, Art was extended so we were late for Math, then as usual we took ages to get readyyyy. And then Mr Lo was like ' shall I leave ? '

and ronald's like I DONT MIND. And I'm like YESSSSSSSSS. So he walked out. and omg, he's so mean, I gave him my tissue paper with ' Happy Teacher's day Mr Lo ' written on it, first he didnt take it . then I was like' But you're hurting our feelings! ' and then he's like ' WHO CARE ? ' And I was like ' Its WHO CARES , Mr Lo. Not WHO CARE. AWESOME ENGLISH. You know , it would've been quite a cool comeback but your failure english just screwed it '. then , he took my tissue paper and threw it in the bin infront of me. Oh well.

Today, I got this dream. In which , I went to this Katy Perry concert with Hemma. It was not a concert with hundreds of people. It had a small number of people. Probably 40 people, at most. and, yeah, I was the most hyper throughout the concert. And then I waited at the door after the concert. the door from which Katy Perry would exit. And then , Katy came out after some time. And I asked her if I could get a hug, and she gave me one. And I think I took a picture with her too. Then she told me that she really appreciated how hyper i was today. And she thinks I'm her biggest fan. BEST DREAM IN A VERY VERYY LONG TIME <3

You know, I think if one day, I finally stop my Lady Gaga obsession... I will go back to being Katy perry's number one fan. I was Katy's BIGGGG fan before Gaga came along.
